Cindy Dervech is one of the hardest working people in show business.
Her primary strength is her experience on both sides of the fence, with more than 25 years
experience in the hospitality industry, including a stint as Director of Catering for a
national hotel chain. She has also been married for 20 years to her partner, Entertainment
Director and musician "Stevie Dee" Dervech - no small feat there - so she knows the business
from both the booking side and the talent side.

With boundless energy and attention to detail, Cindy's dual dedication to customer service and talent relations has made Breezin' one of the largest and most popular talent agencies in the region.
In addition, Cindy is a devoted member of the Tampa Bay business community and a member of many local and national organizations, including the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, Meeting Planners International, and several other hotel and hospitality organizations and charities.

Stevie Dee is a rare commodity in the entertainment industry - he is a gifted musician and
entertainer who is also a masterful manager of talent. With more than 30 years of experience
performing with such talent as Little Anthony & The Imperials, The Platters, Tony Orlando
& Dawn and many others, Stevie knows his way around every kind of gig possible - clubs,
concerts and private events.

Andrea has been with Breezin' for nine years. With a bachelor's degree in
accounting and a master's degree in multi-tasking, she is always on the run handling any emergency
that arises.
Professionally, she brings twenty-five years of financial experience to us. She is the name
without a face that most clients or entertainers never know. Behind the scenes she keeps the
operations of the business on track and flowing.

Karla Dorsey

Karla is a local hometown girl and a graduate from Plant High School. Since receiving her
AA degree in Liberal Arts from HCC, Karla has dedicated her 22-year career to the
hospitality industry. She spent 7 of those years working in Country Club Sales and
Management in South Bend Indiana.
Her previous experience also includes promotional work and fundraising for the NFL Alumni
Association Headquarters in Ft Lauderdale Fl. She has a unique understanding of the fast
paced environment in the entertainment industry and the importance of attention to detail!
Her warm smile and South Tampa charm allows her to nurture her Clients when it’s needed most.
She is a mother of two wonderful children, Sarah, a freshman at the University of Florida,
and Michael a 15-year-old high school student in Granger, IN. Karla currently resides in South
Tampa and is excited about working for Breezin’ Entertainment.
